　　發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中突然熄火是指發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作時(shí)，在未松開油門的情況下，非駕駛員操作因素而急速熄火，熄火后不能再起動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。該現(xiàn)象一般為機(jī)械故障所致。

　　⑴ 原因

　　① 噴油泵驅(qū)動(dòng)齒斷、傳動(dòng)齒輪故障。

　?、?用起動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，若能正常轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，觀察噴油泵凸輪軸是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，若轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)正常，說明噴油泵有故障。應(yīng)檢查操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的工作是否正常?？砂鈩?dòng)油門桿件查看操縱臂、操縱軸的聯(lián)接是否良好。

　?、?如果噴油泵凸輪軸不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，則是凸輪軸齒輪緊固螺栓松脫、凸輪軸斷或齒輪室中的齒輪故障。

　　③ 若起動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，則說明是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)部故障。如活塞與氣缸之間卡死，曲軸與軸承咬死，噴油泵柱塞卡死及配氣機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)械故障等。在正常情況下先應(yīng)打開氣門室罩檢查。如果運(yùn)行中從儀表上反映機(jī)油壓力過低或溫度過高，則需直接針對(duì)具體情況進(jìn)行檢修。

　?、?擰松噴油泵放氣螺釘，用手油泵泵油，觀察放氣螺釘處的流油情況。若無油流出即是油路堵塞，應(yīng)逐段檢查、排除。若柴油以噴柱形狀射出，則說明油路暢通。若放氣螺釘處有氣泡冒出，則是管路中進(jìn)入空氣，應(yīng)查明油管各接頭是否擰緊、管路有無裂紋或磨穿，并排除所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。

　　③若油流中無氣泡，可將手油泵回位固定，使用起動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵油，若仍無油流出，說明輸油泵有故障。

If the diesel spray column shape by injection, the smooth circuit. If the bleeder screws at the bubbles, is entering the air pipeline, should identify the tubing joints are tightened, the pipeline has no crack or wear, and the exclusion of the problems found.

If the oil flow in no bubbles, the hand pump return is fixed, the use of starter to rotate the engine oil pump, if still no oil outflow, that oil pump failure.
