如呈現(xiàn)縱向和橫向貫串的裂紋，膠帶磨損或資料剝落等征象，應(yīng)改換膠帶。在膠帶的最大跨距處丈量其撓度。最大撓度不該大于13mm。若有膠帶張緊力丈量?jī)x，可在膠帶最大跨距處丈量其張力，張力極限為360～490N。改換冷卻液濾清器 車輛中止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，務(wù)必等冷卻液溫度低于50℃后，方可拆下散熱器加水蓋。在改換冷卻液濾清器前，先封閉收支水截流閥，以避免熱的冷卻液噴霧傷人！拆下冷卻液濾清器并干凈濾清座密封立體。先在濾清器密封橡膠墊圈外表涂一層薄機(jī)油，再裝置冷卻液濾清器，擰緊力矩24%26plusmn2N.m 裝置完后，務(wù)必翻開冷卻液濾清器收支水截流閥。

再裝上散熱器加水蓋。查抄及改換高壓焚燒線 目視查抄高壓焚燒線能否有腐化，斷裂縫跡，磨損暴露或炙烤征象，若有上述征象務(wù)必改換高壓焚燒線。先拆下線圈末了焚燒線，再卸下火花塞末了焚燒線，不可以硬行操縱。先將焚燒線套管沿火花塞孔向下推，直至聽到“啪”的一聲而且覺得到套管已裝在火花塞上，再裝置線圈端焚燒線。查抄及改換火花塞 在發(fā)起機(jī)停機(jī)形態(tài)下，先將焚燒線從線圈端撤除，再?gòu)幕鸹ㄈ顺烦Ｓ没鸹ㄈ淄埠图娱L(zhǎng)桿、棘輪將火花塞逆時(shí)針擰松，留意火花塞不要完整離開基座螺紋。連續(xù)逆時(shí)針扭轉(zhuǎn)火花塞長(zhǎng)套筒，直到火花塞完整離開基座，將火花塞從裝置座上當(dāng)心掏出。
