柴油發動機在裝氣缸蓋連桿曲軸螺栓時為什么要涂少量潤滑油呢？

由于螺栓副干摩擦過大，容易使螺紋牙因過熱而損不（爛牙）或燒死在一起，柴油機修理時無法拆卸缸蓋螺栓和氣缸體主軸承蓋螺栓、連桿螺栓。因此，平板運輸車在發動機裝配時，在缸蓋螺栓、氣缸體主軸承蓋螺栓、連桿螺栓螺紋牙上蘸上潤滑油，使螺栓與螺紋孔的螺紋上形成一層潤滑油膜。既減少了裝配螺栓時螺紋副上的摩擦損失，保證缸蓋與平板運輸車氣缸體、主軸承蓋、連桿蓋的緊固。

活塞在氣缸的不同位置，通入壓縮空氣，根據漏氣聲的變化，可以判斷氣缸不同位置的磨損程度。當活塞在上止點漏氣聲較大，說明氣缸上部磨損嚴重，表明平板運輸車發動機長期在較低溫度或爆震條件下工作；若活塞在中部漏氣聲很大，說明氣缸中部磨損嚴重，表明空氣濾清器質量不好或空氣中含塵量較高，引起缸套的磨料磨損；若下部漏氣嚴重，說明機油質量和數量為符合要求。
